Il CAVALIERE
Nei racconti e nelle leggende,il prode cavaliere incarna l'ardimento,il coraggio e l'eroismo.Dotato di ogni qualità il cavaliere associa la forza e il vigore fisici alle virtù umane e spirituali più elevate.Rispettoso di un codice d'onore e della legge morale deve meritare il suo titolo e quindi dimostrarsene degno.Il cavaliere è l'immagine stessa della nobiltà. Per tutte queste ragioni il cavaliere è praticamente il prototipo dell'eroe,colui che difende i più deboli,combatte le creature del male e conquista il cuore delle damigelle.
Il cavaliere non è in effeti un semplice cavaliere.E' colui che ha seguito un percorso di formazione,che si è incamminato lungo una via e si è sottoposto a delle regole.
Un tempo il titolo di cavaliere era conferito dalla chiesa ed era collegato al simbolismo del numero sette,aumentando ancora di più il valore spirituale del compito e del titolo stesso.Il tirocinio per diventere un cavaliere iniziava a sette anni e comportava tre stadi:
